Warranty Policy

Warranty Conditions:

This warranty does not include faults caused by:

• Defects or damage for which proof of purchase cannot be provided.
• Damage caused by the installation of goods that were evidently defective at the time of installation.
• Incorrect installation or installation not in accordance with the provided instructions.
• Installation or repairs by an unlicensed plumber.
• Improper use or improper installation.
• Natural wear and tear occurring from regular use.
• Inadequate or complete lack of maintenance.
• Damage caused by exposure to chemical agents, electrochemical reactions, or electrical malfunctions.
• Harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners used on product finishes.
• Scratching, chipping, breaking, or discolouration resulting from external physical forces or environmental conditions.
• Issues arising from the water supply, including silt, corrosion, excessive water pressure or temperatures beyond the specified limitations.
• Use of non-standard replacement parts for service or repairs.
• Accidental damage, malicious or intentional damage or neglect.
• Any Labour cost or other cost of removal / installations.
• The warranty is not transferable to any other person.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maxten Bathrooms shall not be held liable for any damage to individuals or property. This warranty only covers repair, credit, replacement, or missing parts. No warranty shall be provided in the event of labour charges and any damage incurred during installation, replacement, or repair, along with incidental and consequential damages.

In the event of a dispute, Maxten Bathrooms reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms and conditions.

Note: glass breakage is NOT covered by this warranty after dispatch. The purchaser or installer acknowledge that it is their responsibility of checking if the glass at the time of handover was undamaged and free from any defects.
